SF Marina Albania

Hydrographic · Marine · Port Solutions

We chart the seabed, design the harbours, and shepherd the coast — so that a vessel may find, in any weather, the deep quiet of safe water.

— A note from the harbour

The sea is older than every
contract drawn upon it. We build
with that in mind — measuring
twice, listening to the tide, and treating each coastline as the living thing it has always been.

II.

Four disciplines,
one practice.

From the first echo of the sounder to the final mooring cleat set in concrete, every project passes through the same hands. Each detail is considered, no matter how small it may seem — yet the work is broad enough to deliver a complete solution.

Turnkey Marina
Development

A marina is a conversation with the sea. We carry it from the first sounding of the seabed to the season-after-season care of a working harbour — one contract, one team, one passage.

Area survey, marina layout, design of pontoons and utilities, delivery, installation and maintenance — drawing on the SF Marina network’s century of floating concrete pontoons and breakwaters.

The berth
that runs itself.

Betally smart supply pedestals bring shore power and water to every berth — and to every pitch on a campsite. Guests identify by app, card or SMS PIN code, switch on what they need and pay only for what they use. Access, metering and billing run through one platform: the office runs lighter, and nothing goes unbilled.

For Sailor Society

A harbour is only
as alive as its sailors.

Pontoons and breakwaters make a marina possible; people make it live. Beyond the engineering, we help build the community that fills a harbour — the schools that teach the young to sail, the clubs that keep them sailing, the boats they sail, and the equipment that keeps them safe.

From Gothenburg
to the Albanian shore.

SF Marina Albania was founded in Durrës in 2026 by Kim Storm-Pallesen, a Danish national who has spent a lifetime on the working edge of northern European harbours. The choice of Albania was not accidental. The coast here is long, generous, and full of the kind of natural shelter that great marinas are made from.

SF Marina Sweden, the main company, traces its roots back more than a century — to 1918, when its first concrete pontoon was cast — and today works from Sweden’s west coast, where serious marine engineering belongs: shaped by exposed waters, marinas and generations of maritime know-how.

SF Marina Albania combines the discipline of Scandinavian engineering with the strength of the SF Marina global network. Compact, experienced and close to every project, it delivers with the confidence of a global brand and the attention of a specialist.
